Resin Infusion
Resin infusion is a process where a vacuum is used to infuse resin into a dry reinforcement material (e.g., fiberglass, carbon fiber). The reinforcement is placed in a mold, and a vacuum is applied, drawing resin into the material. This process ensures consistent resin distribution, reduces waste, and minimizes the risk of human error. Resin infusion produces high-quality, lightweight composite parts with excellent mechanical properties.
